In
the name of God Amen.I Mary White of Aston Rowant in the Country of Oxford widow do make this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say first I commend my soul into the hands of almighty God and my body I commit to the Earth from whence it came to be buried at the discretion of my executor herein after named. In the first place I devise that all my funeral and testamentary expenses with all just debts that shall be owing at the time of my decrease shall in the first place be honestly paid and discharged and as to such worldly goords wherewith it has pleased Almighty God to bless me with I give and bequeath in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Jane White of Kingston Blount in the parish of Aston Rowant the sum of Ten Pounds to be paid her by my executor in six months after my decease. I also give and bequeath unto my said Granddaughters Jane and Deborah White All my cloths and wearing appariel of what nature or kind so ever to be divided between them share and share alike further I give and bequeath unto my son Charles White of Kingston Blount in the Parish of Aston Rowant all my household goods household furniture plate linen china glass beds bedding all monies all securities for money any share in property in which I have, every claim or demand unto to be by him enjoyed and to his heirs for ever and I appoint my said son Charles White of Kingston Blount in the Parish of Aston Rowant my sole executor of this my last will and testament for ever revoking all former wills at any time by me made and declare this to be my last will and testament consisting of one sheet of paper to which I have set my hand and seal this ninth day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Four. The marks of Mary White witness in the presence of John Besley, Tho. Frickett. Will was proved at Oxford on the tweny fourth day of August in the year of Our Lord 1836 before the Judge by the oath of Charles White the sole executor therein named to whom Admon was granted being first duly sworn to administer. |
